A standard flat shipping rate of $12 CAN will apply to all online orders.

Please allow 14-16 business days for delivery. Sometimes an item may be back ordered from our suppliers in which an additional wait period should be expected. We will contact you if that is the case. Please note, our emails are often blocked from Hotmail, Yahoo and G Mail so if you don't hear from us, please send us an email!

Orders are shipped once per week via Canada Post expedited parcel. If you have any special requests please email web@ourpleasure.ca.

Our Pleasure's Order Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours to cancel your order providing it hasn't already been forwarded to our shipping department. Please contact us at web@ourpleasure.ca if you would like to cancel your order within this time period. We will then get back to you about the status of your order.
Please be advised, your purchase amount will be refunded but you will still be responsible for any PayPal transaction fees that have occurred within the process.
