Out with the old and in with the new is how most of us look at the New Year.  We make all kinds of resolutions: gym memberships increase and how many cans of tuna can you buy for all that healthy living?

Most people have great intentions but by mid February a lot of us have run out of steam, the weather is too cold to go back out after you get home from work, or there is an occasion that you must attend that plays havoc with all those great plans you have made.

There is one thing that you can do with out having to even leave your house . . . Have Sex!!

These are just some of the benefits to having regular sex.  So when you are staying in out of the cold you can still keep the healthy promises that you made to yourself by getting busy having sex with your partner or even by yourself.
