Our Pleasure takes pride in maintaining our customer’s privacy.  All orders are shipped in a plain brown box and is labeled with the customer’s name and address.   To ensure your privacy the company name will not be listed.  All orders are shipped with Canada Post via Standard Shipping method and takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of our products we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.  If an item received is found to be defective please submit an email regarding the details immediately after the item is received.  Defective items will be considered for a replacement.  Any items that have been considered used will not be accepted.
