1. When I purchase a product from you, will your box say your company name on it?

Absolutely not! Our shipping is extremely discreet - so much so that it comes to you in a plain, brown box. The label only includes your address and our return address (no company name included). We want our customers to all feel as though they can shop safely, without anybody knowing their business! 

2. How long does shipping take?

Our shipping estimate is anywhere from 7-10 business days. Please note: this is an estimate only and not a guarantee. The time shipping takes can depend heavily on weather, postal strikes, and other factors. We ship through Canada Post. 

3. Where does my package come from?

The warehouse for our website is located in Ontario. While we are a Newfoundland based and local company, we found this was the best place for all of our Canadian customers! 

4. Why is shipping so expensive? 

We ship through Canada post, and want to offer our customers a flat-rate in shipping. This means that no matter how small or large your package is, your shipping will always remain the same price! Keep in mind that we do offer free shipping on all orders over $100 with coupon code: freeship. 

5. If the product is shown as "in stock" does that mean it's in your stores as well??

Our "in stock" quantities shown on the website are for the website only. While we would love to be able to offer all of our products in-store, it's not possible given the size of our website. In order to offer our customers more variety, we've stocked over 5000 items on our website! You need a warehouse to store all that product. 

However if you see anything you like on our website and want it in-store, simply call and ask your preferred location if they can bring it into the store for you to purchase! 

6. Why are your prices different in-store vs. online?

In order to offset the shipping costs, we decided to make our products slightly less expensive on our website! 

7. Can I order from the website and pick it up at a store location?

Due to Covid-19 Virus this option is currently not available, as soon as the virus is under control we will offer shipping to a store location again. .  Customers can choose to have their orders delivered to either the St. John's location or to the Mount Pearl location.  Simply pick the method of shipping in section 3 of the checkout process.   Unfortunately this is not currently offered outside of the Mount Pearl/St. John's area.
